Our Therapeutic Approach

At The Loop Center, our work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through safe, supportive relationships. We offer family-centered, relationship-based psychotherapy and psychological testing that honors each child’s unique strengths and developmental needs, while also recognizing the vital role caregivers play in the therapeutic process.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and play therapy, we tailor each session to meet the emotional, behavioral, and relational goals of the child and their family. We work collaboratively with parents to foster connection, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen resilience—both in children and within the family system as a whole.
